Every moment, thought, event and life has an ending. Who were were 10 years ago, 10 minutes ago is not the same person that we are right now.
We are dying all the time and being reborn as well. Who we were one year ago, is so different than who we are today. And yet, the transition back to source, leaving our bodies, is so frightening for us and our culture. On being with my late husband as he died, my singular wish was to support him in having a good blast off. (It was the last thing that I could do for him) His fearlessness and presence made the dying process so natural and not frightening. May we all approach our lives with the same fearlessness and courage to be awake and to be our fully authentic selves. When we are committed to showing up to life, with love and grace no matter what is going on, no matter how much we want to run away, magic happens.
